Clones
To avoid delays over the weekend we ship out clones on Monday and Wednesday. This is to avoid the clones from USPS Priority orders staying in the box undelivered over the weekend.

We offer two options for clone shipping, USPS Priority (2-3 days) and USPS Express (1-2 days). Due to the fact these are live plants and demand can fluctuate, your choice of shipping option DOES NOT mean that your clones will be shipped immediately with those options.

For example, if a massive amount of orders come through in a week we can go from being able to send out orders 1-2 days after the order is placed to being 2 weeks out. Please be patient in times of extreme demand, we have a strict quality control process to ensure all customers get happy, healthy clones.

 

We don’t want to sacrifice the quality of the clones we ship by rushing through more orders than we can handle.

 

We’ll be happy to replace any clones that arrive dead as long as we have proof they arrived that way. Please see our guarantee for more information on how to get replacement clones/teens.
